Deliveries are usually not made on public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next working day. Please allow for slight delays during festive seasons.
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. To confirm delivery to your specific area, please enter your postcode during checkout. If your location is outside our service zone, we will notify you promptly.
Next-day delivery is available for selected items and major cities only. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM for eligibility. This option will appear at checkout if it’s applicable to your location and items.
In most cases, a signature is not required. However, we recommend that someone is available to receive the parcel. For high-value orders, a signature or ID may be required at the time of delivery.
